Located within a dedicated area of the B&H Photo store, the Technology Center is a working studio space that provides clients with unparalleled access to cutting edge technology for digital cinema, live broadcast production, post-production, and digital video workflows. This fully operational studio showcases an extensive array of high-end components and digital workflows. Clients can access the STC to experiment with emerging technology, innovate workflows, test real-world system configurations, or simply increase their knowledge through hands-on experience.

A good example of The Studio's Virtual Production services is the collaboration with Disguise Services on the creation of the IML (interactive media lab) at the CIA (Cleveland Institute of Art). Designed to provide students with hands-on emerging technology experience, this comprehensive media facility incorporates a digital-capture studio, VR screening room, recording studio, and more. The IML is built around a 36' wide by 16' high LED volume wall that incorporates a recessed LED floor, OptiTrack camera tracking system, and a RED KOMODO X digital cinema camera. Tying together and powering these components are disguise VX4+, GX3, and five RX III Render Engine servers.
