Without question, the Sony a7S III is a mirrorless camera meant for video. Impressive specs and image quality are wonderful, but it has the same problems for video as every other mirrorless camera: its form factor is better suited to stills. One solution is to get a cage, such as this Master Kit from SmallRig that I was able to take for a spin.

Handheld gimbals to stabilize your video recordings seem to be gaining popularity by the minute. An old commercial jingle went, “Weebles wobble, but they don’t fall down.” Today, I’ll tell you that the Zhiyun-Tech WEEBILL LAB doesn’t wobble. It’s also one of the smaller handheld stabilizers in its class, no doubt a reference to the tiny Australian bird of the same name, and offers a unique design approach with bonus features you won’t find standard on similar models. We spent some time with this stabilizer and were quite happy

Just when I thought I was going to have a relaxing weekend at home watching Netflix and catching up on some reading, one of the hottest new items in town was dropped onto my desk: the Sony a7RII. Ever since it was first announced, the a7RII is a camera that I couldn't wait to get my hands on, as it is the first in the a7 family to record 4K (UHD) video internally; a feature that many a7S owners—myself included—would love to have. The camera seemed almost too good to be true, offering internal 4K (3840 x 2160) recording in full-frame and Super
