At CES 2025, Hisense introduced an exciting new addition to its L9 lineup: the L9Q TriChroma Laser TV. Completely redesigned, the L9Q is ready to deliver a true theater-like experience with brilliant color, exceptional brightness, and a built-in surround sound system. Add in Google TV access and the L9Q makes for an all-in-one solution that’s perfect for a modern home theater.

Utilizing Hisense's TriChroma triple laser technology, the LQ9 manages to achieve 110% of the BT.2020 color space, along with up to 5000 lumens of brightness and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. Together, these features combine to provide a bright image with accurate colors that can be viewed clearly even during the day. To solidify the move theater experience, the L9Q can deliver this quality in five large screen sizes from 100 to 150”. Screen sizes are easily selected with auto screen alignment and manual keystone correction.

Supporting both Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual X encoding, the L9Q’s 6.2.2 surround sound is made to fill the room with directional sound for an immersive audio experience. Getting content into the L9Q is easy thanks to its HDMI 2.1 input with eARC support and NEXTGEN (ATSC 3.0) connection. You can also pull content directly from the internet via Wi-Fi 6e. When connecting online, the integrated Google TV platform provides access to over 400,000 movies and TV titles, along with over 10,000 apps to broaden the projector’s media access.

Controlling the L9Q is effortless thanks to voice support using Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit. Even the exterior has been given a premium upgrade with a slim new form factor, black walnut panel, star orbit ambient lighting, and a brushed metal finish with Clous de Paris texture.
