The WD_Black SN850X 8TB model offers massive space for those with large gaming libraries. Like the previous SN850X models, these drives feature the M.2 2280 form factor and operate on the PCIe 4.0 interface, giving the SSD read and write speeds up to 7,200 and 6,600 MB/s, respectively. With 4,800 Terabytes Written (TBW) endurance and 1.75 million hours Meantime Between Failures (MTTB), you get long-lasting performance, essential for maintaining your collection over an extended period. There are two editions of the 8TB model, one which includes a heatsink for motherboards that do not have one included as well as a stand-alone drive for motherboards that do include integrated heatsinks.
