AMD continues to bring performance enhancements to content creators and gamers using socket AM4 motherboards. Built with the Zen 3, 7nm architecture, these four processors include the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, AMD Ryzen 5 5700, AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT, and AMD Ryzen 5 5500GT.
Designed primarily for gaming, the 3 GHz Ryzen 7 5700X3D stands out with eight cores that are backed with a whopping 100MB of AMD 3D V-Cache, which can enhance the performance of a variety of games and applications. It can also reach boost speeds of up to 4.1 GHz. Alternatively, the Ryzen 7 5700 offers the same 8-core and 16 thread design, but with 20MB of cache and reaching maximum boost speeds of 4.6 GHz.
The Ryzen 5 5600GT and Ryzen 5 5500GT processors deliver strong performance with six cores, supporting 12 threads with 19MB of cache and 3.6 GHz base speeds. The main difference is that the Ryzen 5 5600GT has a maximum boost frequency of 4.6 GHz while the Ryzen 5 5500GT can reach up to 4.4 GHz.
