SUGGESTION:  Begin such a video with a quick explanation of what the product actually does and/or how it would likely fit into a user's workflow.

totally agree - 6 minutes in and I'm going to drop off now,  If they tried to do this as an ad, I'd have changed the channel 5:30 ago.
