please why is that wen i wanted to order canon 60d that i saw online yesterday but today it ias no more.. just heard about that u have discontinue it.. wen will it be available again.. i mean used one

The Canon 60D was discontinued by Canon a while ago and we have since sold out of new stock.  We will not be getting any more new units in as Canon is no longer making the camera.  The 70D and 80D would be replacements for the60D.  Otherwise, we do have a couple used 60D cameras.  If you have specific questions about the state of the used option, you could contact our Used Department directly.  As for availability of used items, this varies as we can only have in our inventory items that have been sold to us from other customers.   Usedphoto@bhphotovideo.com

I am always amazed at Canon's insensitivity or do I say wicked business approach. Why are the 5Ds and 5Ds R missing built in Wifi and NFC and the rebel does.

I am looking mid rank FX senser upper 6D with more cross type AF system. Juat so boring Canon keep me wait again and again. Thay release 7D mark II so why sent 2 model of DX crop sensor T6 in to market again. With 6D it become old model by the time over 2 years. Canon please replacement your 6D ASAP.

i am interested in buying the 5DS-R put me on a wait list if possible

I am excited about these new Canon DSLR's but I mostly shoot video. Aside fromt the new built-in time-lapse feature, what else is new for video shooters with these new cameras? I currently shoot with Canon 7D but have been looking for a good reason to upgrade.

While both the 5DS and 5DS R can be used for video, the improvements are more geared towards still photography.  Any advantage for video over the 5D III would be slim, if any.  So, if you mainly use your 7D for video, the 5D III might be the better option.  Also, keep in mind that with video, these cameras aren’t using their entire sensor: there is line skipping.  This means that the resolution of the sensor isn’t something one can really go off to determine the video quality one can achieve.

Thanks for letting me know.

Interested in purchasing the 5DS-R when it becomes available.  Please notify me ASAP.
